Note: Most Kraft benefit changes that apply to a spouse apply to splitting from a qualifying domestic partner.

Take Action
  • Review the MyBenefits Online to see how divorce, annulment or separation affects your dependents’ eligibility for benefit coverage.

  • Make any necessary changes to your benefit elections or coverage categories within 31 days after the event.

  • Update your beneficiary information for your Kraft benefit plans, and update your personal information.

  • Call 1-800-KRAFT-HR (1-800-572-3847) and inform a representative of your legal separation or divorce within 31 days after the event (required for COBRA).
