Retirement (Pension) Plan
If you are eligible, Kraft’s Retirement Plan provides a benefit as long as you are vested — that is, you have at least five years of service. The Retirement Plan is not available to all employees.*
The benefit amount you receive is based on a formula and depends on:
Your age when you leave Kraft and start receiving benefits,
The payment option you select (and, if applicable, your spouse), and
Any prior plans you participated in.
Retirement before age 65 results in lower benefit payments because the payout period is longer.

NetBenefitsSM Planning Tool
The Fidelity NetBenefitsSM web-based tool gives a snapshot of the benefit you’ve
earned so far under the Retirement Plan. It also lets you see what your benefit would be
under different “what if” scenarios — for instance, if you retire at a
certain age or select various payment options. In addition, NetBenefits answers common
questions about how the Retirement Plan works and provides plan-related forms.

The Retirement Plan is not intended to provide all
of the income you’ll need at retirement, so look to the Thrift 401(k) Plan and your
personal savings for help. Save as much as you can and use

How to Get a Pension Estimate
If you are retirement eligible, contact the Kraft Foods Retirement Center — at 1-877-208-0782 or go
to http://netbenefits.fidelity.com
— within 180 days of your retirement to request a pension estimate. You will be sent a retirement
initiation kit, which includes your pension estimate.
If you are a salaried former Nabisco grandfathered Preserved employee (age 55 with 5 years of service
as of 1/1/88 or 40 with 10 years of service as of 1/1/88) or an hourly employee at Fort Smith, AR,
contact Kraft Foods Retirement Benefits Service Center at 1-866-434-4880 to request a pension estimate.
