Basic Life Insurance

Kraft automatically provides Basic Life Insurance coverage at no cost to you.

Basic Life Insurance is equal to two times your base pay (one times your base pay for Kraft full-time SSRs or $15,000 for eligible hourly part-time employees with fewer than 10 years of full-time service), up to $1 million. Coverage is automatic.

NOTE: Coverage in excess of $50,000 creates imputed income, which is taxable (required by the IRS) to you and reflected on your paycheck.
