  • Covered as part of the preventive care benefit under your Medical Plan: 100% up to the overall preventive care limit of $1,000 per person per year.1

  • After you reach your preventive care limit, you pay the deductible and co-insurance for the Medical Plan option you elect.

Vision Materials (e.g., glasses and contact lenses) and Laser Surgery Discounts2

  • To receive the discount through Aetna Vision Discounts, you must visit a participating provider and present your Aetna medical or dental ID card at the time of purchase.

  • Participating providers include: Target Optical, JCPenney Optical, Sears Optical, Pearle Vision, LensCrafters, and a large number of independent optometrist and ophthalmologist offices.

  • Expenses for vision materials and laser surgery do not apply toward the Medical Plan annual out-of-pocket maximum.
