To receive the discount through Aetna Vision Discounts, you must visit a participating provider and present your Aetna medical or dental ID card at the time of purchase.

Participating providers include: Target Optical, JCPenney Optical, Sears Optical, Pearle Vision, LensCrafters, and a large number of independent optometrist and ophthalmologist offices.

Expenses for vision materials and laser surgery do not apply toward the Medical Plan annual out-of-pocket maximum.
