Find a Doctor
Need help finding a doctor or other health care provider? Want to make sure your physician or other health care provider is
in the Network? Use these tools to find general practitioners, all sorts of specialists, hospitals and other facilities:

You can use Aetna's DocFind either through Aetna Navigator or Aetna.com.
When you use Aetna Navigator, you'll get personalized information. And when you use Aetna.com,
you're conducting a general search.
Using Aetna Navigator for a Personalized Search
After logging in to Aetna Navigator,
you can conduct a personalized search for doctors, hospitals, specialists,
dentists or a variety of other health care providers.
Here's what you do:

Click Take Action on Your Health on the right-hand side of the screen.
Select
Find Health Care in DocFind.
Click on the Provider Type you are searching for (e.g., Doctor or Dentist).
Using Aetna.com for a General Search
From the Aetna.com home page, you can conduct a general search for
doctors, hospitals, specialists, dentists or a variety of other health care providers, without logging into Aetna Navigator.
Here's what you do:
Click the Find a Doctor
shortcut on the right-hand side of the screen.
Conduct a General Search
(below the option to log in to Aetna Navigator).
Enter Geographic Information
to search by zip code, city or county.
Select Provider Category
(e.g., Medical Provider).
Select Provider Type
(e.g., Primary Care Physician).

Select Plan
and choose:
For Medical, select
Aetna Open Access Plans: Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access)
For Dental, select
Dental PPO/PDN
For Behavioral Health, select
Aetna Open Access Plans: Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access)
For Hospitals, select
Aetna Open Access Plans: Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access)

For Facilities, select
Aetna Open Access Plans: Aetna Choice POS II (Open Access).

or Start Search.
