Medical Kraft offers an Aetna National Network Plan, in some areas Local Network Plan and HMO options.

Preventive Care The Medical Plan provides preventive care coverage for each
covered person at 100% up to specified annual limits, with no deductible. Preventive care
includes things like health care and vision checkups and screenings.

Prescription Drug When enrolled in the Medical Plan, you receive prescription
drug coverage, which includes benefits through participating retail pharmacies and mail-order service.
Mental Health and Substance Abuse/EAP
Mental health and substance abuse care are covered through the Medical Plan. Benefits include
confidential professional assistance in dealing with personal problems that may influence health,
well-being or work effectiveness.
Vision If you elect Medical Plan coverage, you and your eligible dependents
automatically receive vision care benefits.
Dental You can choose from two insurance plan options. Dental coverage pays
benefits for periodic checkups and a variety of services.
Health Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) With this benefit, you use
before tax-dollars to pay for certain health care expenses not already covered by your
health care plan, including everyday health care expenses like over-the-counter medications.
