Leaves of Absence
If you are eligible, you may ask for an unpaid personal leave of absence.
If business needs allow, eligible full-time employees can take up to three months of unpaid leave. However,
the Company does not guarantee you’ll be placed in the same position you left when your leave is over.
Before taking a personal leave, requests must be approved by your manager or supervisor and your Human Resources
Representative.
NOTE: This type of leave is different from a leave through the Family and Medical Leave
Act (i.e., maternity/paternity leave, adoption leave or medical leave).
