Group Long-Term Care (LTC) Insurance
Group Long-Term Care Insurance provides for custodial care for you, your spouse or domestic partner, your parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, grandparents-in-law, or dependent adult child.
Group Long-Term Care Insurance is an Optional Protection Program, which features convenient payroll deduction and group rates.
Group Long-Term Care Insurance provides custodial care for you and your eligible dependents. Care can be provided at home,
at adult day care or in a nursing home.
You will have to provide evidence of insurability if you enroll in this plan at any time
other than when you're hired. Other eligible family members will have to provide evidence of insurability whenever they enroll.
This may mean taking a physical exam at your own expense. You may cover your domestic partner or one dependent adult child, but
not both.
