Employee Assistance Program
This program provides confidential professional assistance to you and your family in dealing with personal problems
that may influence health, well-being or work effectiveness.
Professional counselors are available to consult on issues such as anxiety about credit card debt,
depression, stress about a child’s poor school performance or tension with a partner. You can receive
advice over the phone or a referral to work with a counselor face-to-face.
All employees can take advantage of this Aetna program through Kraft Life Management Resources.
Kraft provides up to five EAP counseling visits per incident at no cost to you, independent of any medical coverage
you may have.

About Mental Health and Substance Abuse and Your Medical Insurance Plan
If You Enroll in a Network or Out-of-Area Plan: Aetna is also the Network provider of mental health
and substance abuse coverage under your Medical Plan. After five EAP visits at no cost to you (excluding inpatient
or psychiatric care), you can continue visits under the Medical Plan for this type of treatment.
