Educational Assistance Program
The program provides reimbursement for eligible employees who successfully complete courses of education
at accredited colleges and universities.
To be eligible for reimbursement, you must have courses or bachelor’s degree programs approved in advance,
and they must relate to your current job. Assistance is also available at the master’s or doctorate level
with prior approval.
If approved, you’ll be reimbursed for 100% of the cost of tuition (up to certain limits) if you earn a grade of C or better
(or if you earn a "pass" for a pass/fail course). You also may be reimbursed for a portion of related
academic fees, such as lab fees, registration fees and computer time.
